All Lavro boats are warrantied for one year from date of purchase to the original owner against defective materials and workmanship.

All Lavro drift boats are guaranteed for life for private use and five (5) years for commercial use against bottom punctures, leaks or wearing out while property of the original purchaser.

Our liability does not apply to the following (1) gelcoat, and (2) any Lavro boat altered, misused, damaged by accident or negligence.

Any repairs covered under this warranty will be performed at our amnufacturing plant or by any authorized dealer, and any freight or transportation charges will be at the expense of the boat owner. All white water dories (Models WTD and RWE) have a one (1) year warranty against bottom punctures, leaks or wearing out while property of the original purchaser.

All guarantees are void if the boat has been altered, capsized or sunk.

The judgement of Lavro, Inc. is final as to the extent of the liability.

To validate this warranty, the warranty card must be filled out and returned to Lavro, Inc., within 10 days of the original purchase date.
